THE GOLDEN STORY

Over 30 years ago, The Kunst brothers had purchased nearly 10 acres of land in Hopkinton with a desire to build something that could give back to the local community.  They looked at resources, both readily available and lacking and how to develop empty land into a valued entity and so the story of Golden Pond began.

The Lodge at Golden Pond is our premier assisted living community for designed for retirees who are very active and enjoy the finer things in life. This quaint community offers 33 residences and features three floor plans including studios with patios, one-bed/one-bath and two-bed/two-bath spacious apartments.

This community is perfect for seniors looking to fulfill their active and independent life styles. Enjoy the concierge approach and personally tailored care services to provide just the right amount of lifestyle management to foster independence and convenience for you or your loved one.

Enjoy these signature services and amenities: three meal options including your own dining room with distinctive, upscale menus, complimentary transportation to local shopping and medical appointments, dog walking, 24-hour access for fitness center and custom designed meal and care programs and concierge physicians.
